RE: Flight Service Renaissance
Dear Mr. Hatfield:
Enclosed please find a copy of the work group recommendations for the FSS Renaissance meeting that was held in Washington, DC on January 19, 20 and 21, 2000. Also enclosed is a copy of the Executive Summary that was presented to Jeff Griffith.
The last page of the Executive Summary lists attendees. I am sorry to report that there were no management representatives from the Eastern region, even though all other regions had at least two (2) management participants.
Unfortunately, the men and women of the Eastern Region Flight Service Stations will view this lack of participation as a sign of the Air Traffic Divisions level of commitment for the Flight Service Option in the Eastern Region.
