Hello all - not much news to report this week. I have spent most of my
time reading the public announcement, SIR/PWS and reviewing the technical
exhibits.

The work has been completed on the new Q&A page of the ACA website. We are
waiting on final approval to post it and hope to have it up by the end of
next week.

ACA personnel continue to work on the draft SIR and PWS - working on
unfinished sections, the technical exhibits and the budget/costing data.
The review process for comments to the documents was also discussed this
week. Industry/MEO comments to the SIR (including the PWS) are due to the
contracting officer by January 25, 2004.

Any company interested in being a prime vendor must provide a notice of
intent to the contracting officer by January 15th. Shortly thereafter, the
vendors may start requesting facility visits. ACA is working on a strategy
to minimize the impact of these visits on the field.
